Our organization is on the lookout for several Regional Medical Directors for Primary Care to lead our primary care facilities in the Greater Boston region. We are interested in experienced primary care physicians who possess the leadership skills necessary to guide our practices toward ongoing success while supporting our objectives across five key areas: quality, patient experience, access, growth, and financial management. The primary responsibilities for this position include:

• Supervision of Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians

• Recruitment of Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians

• Management of Business Operations

• Strategic Planning and Growth Initiatives

• Excellence in Daily Operations

• Business Development Efforts

Your impact on patient care:

• You will oversee daily operations, clinical practice management, and staff engagement.

• Your focus will be on patient care, fostering long-term relationships with your patients.

• You will lead your team in achieving quality-based objectives through evidence-based practices, performance metrics, and ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

• You will enhance access to care through innovative models (e.g., team-based care, telehealth), efficient scheduling, and panel management strategies.

• You will effectively manage, facilitate, and communicate organizational changes.

• You will ensure that clinical functions support the organization's desired culture of service excellence and meet established business objectives.

• You will collaborate with the Provider Recruitment and Retention team to design and implement retention programs, ensuring a qualified workforce, including temporary staffing solutions.

Location: Our primary care areas include facilities associated with our hospitals in MelroseWakefield, Lowell General, Framingham, and Quincy.

Compensation: The salary range for this role is between $260,000 and $290,000 annually, with additional compensation based on leadership experience. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and will consider various factors, including relevant experience, education, internal equity, and academic rank.
