Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:HM Notes:Certification is preferredBiggest challenge is candidate did not have ServiceNow hand experience in last 3 years; they need hands on recent projects.5 to 7 years and consistent with ATF testing without certification will work1 or 2 years of experience with ServiceNow ATF with certification will also workTechnical Assessment on ATF is mandatoryJavaScript or JavaKey Requirements and Technology Experience:Must have skills: QA, Automation, ServiceNow ATF5–8 years of QA.3 years of hands-on ServiceNow ATF testing (with focus on IRM/GRC).Strong automation experience (Selenium)Deep understanding of IRM/GRC processes, controls, risk scoring, assessments, SOX/compliance flows.Hands-on with tables, ACLs, flows, update sets, APIs, business rules.3 years validating platform UI, Service Portal, Workspace UX.Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.2 years' experience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesKnowledge of test planning, test case creation, and defect managementProficient in identifying automation opportunities within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
