Global HRIS Director

Responsibilities

The Global HRIS Director will manage the successful implementation and ongoing operation of Client ’s SAP SuccessFactors Core HR platform.

• This role will have primary accountability for Employee Central and its connection to the broader SuccessFactors landscape, including talent, compensation and benefits, learning, and recruiting. The Director will manage multiple project workstreams, coordinate global stakeholders and implementation partners, and help ensure the program is delivered according to agreed scope, schedule, quality standards, and business requirements.
• The role will manage activities across the deployment lifecycle, including planning, design, testing, cutover, go-live, stabilization, and transition to steady-state support, with a focus on governance, risk management, deployment readiness, and user adoption.

This individual will coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain program governance, manage risks and dependencies, and help ensure the organization is prepared for a successful global deployment.
