Location: Bakerstown, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–4:30 PM
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission

We’re growing and looking for a motivated, personable Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Bakerstown, PA. This position combines inside sales and customer service, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys talking with people, helping customers, and contributing to the growth of a business. Previous sales experience is not required—we’re willing to train the right person!

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound sales calls and assist prospective customers
• Handle customer service calls professionally and efficiently
• Respond to new sales inquiries received online and by email
• Follow up with prospective customers and help convert inquiries into sales
• Manage and grow the company’s community discount program
• Conduct occasional outbound sales outreach during slower periods
• Assist office personnel with additional sales-related responsibilities
• Represent the company at the annual Pittsburgh Home & Garden Show
• Assist with other general office responsibilities as needed

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, email, and in person
• Positive, dependable, and professional attitude
• Self-motivated with an interest in sales and earning commission
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–4:30 PM
45-minute lunch

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers a base salary of $45,000 plus commission , with compensation discussed during the interview.
