Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.ResponsibilitiesIndependently monitor global and country developments and lead research efforts on relevant topics as needed.Review and challenge proposals for macroeconomic forecastsReview and challenge the framework used to generate macroeconomic forecastsReview and challenge sovereign rating and country Watchlist proposalsPrepare PowerPoint presentations (using Excel or other graphical tools) to convey the team’s analyses and views.Prepare memos summarizing the outcome of the review and challenge processBuild analytical tools to aid in review of macroeconomic forecastsQualifications6-10 years relevant experienceAbility to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organizationAbility to both work collaboratively and autonomously; ability to navigate a complex organizationAdvanced analytical skillsExcellent project management and organizational skills and capability to handle multiple projects at one time Extensive knowledge of all legal, regulatory, appraisal, and corporate policies and procedures in order to ensure business compliance to minimize corporate riskProficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)EducationBachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferredThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
