Industrial Engineer
Location: Florence, KY
Salary: $70,000 Annually
QuickPro Staffing is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer for a growing manufacturing company specializing in sheet metal fabrication and precision manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
• Create and modify engineering designs, blueprints, and layouts
• Develop prototypes and improve manufacturing processes
• Program lasers and turret punch presses
• Use Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD to create detailed sheet metal designs
• Support production teams to ensure efficient fabrication
• Assess prototypes and identify improvements or risks
• Coordinate with customers, engineers, and production personnel
• Maintain engineering records and documentation
Requirements:
• 3+ years of Industrial Engineering or related experience
• Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD
• Experience with sheet metal layouts and fabrication processes
• Knowledge of raw materials and manufacturing tolerances
• Experience programming machines using Striker preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
• Metal manufacturing experience is required
