University Health KC is seeking a Community Support Specialist for the Psychiatry Outpatient Clinic-Crossroads in Kansas City, Missouri. The role focuses on behavioral and social rehabilitation, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support clients with emotional wellbeing, finances, social life, and career goals.
