Our vision was to grow a profitable business by creating a positive employee experience, so that each employee is passionate about delivering a customer experience that exceeds customers expectations. Responsibilities District managers are required to be able to perform center manager duties. Ensure all locations open on time, remain open until scheduled to close and are appropriately staffed for the expected business, including key positions such as inspectors for all N.C. locations. Collect and review KPIs on an ongoing daily basis to confirm pacing toward goals and make changes to improve labor control if needed. Send a brief daily recap email at the end of each day communicating challenges, opportunities, action plans, and wins. Submit agenda for the following week no later than Saturday at 7 pm to RM. Be the cheerleader for their teams, maintaining a high level of positivity and motivation at all times. Hold the team accountable through performance management, balancing positive reinforcement with verbal/written conversations when expectations are not met. Handle claims, warranties, and customer complaints that exceed $100 or exceed store leadership capabilities. Prepare Personal Action Forms for employee changes, terminations, transfers, vacation, payroll deductions, pay changes, etc. Grow the business by increasing customer count, signing up new clients, and maintaining current fleet accounts. Hire for the market, conduct interviews, recruit, and continuously improve hiring practices. Manage social media feedback, respond to Google reviews, and take corrective action if required. Verify payroll accuracy every Thursday, confirming breaks, times, mispunches, new hires, and correct compensation. Verify and approve all orders within budget limits and ensure product availability. Respond to all emails, especially closing emails from teams, with detail, professionalism, and positivity. Ensure cross‑training and bench strength so open positions can be filled quickly, handling turnover and management planning professionally. Promote company incentives, initiatives, and contests, encouraging teams to compete and win via emails, texts, conference or Zoom meetings. Complete all administrative tasks by Monday at 8 am, including payroll, bonuses, new hire packets, and PAFs, to avoid payroll errors and maintain employee morale. Expectations Work 5 days, 50 hrs in stores but remain engaged and available as needed. Be a true leader, building a team that takes pride in their work. Increase sales, control costs, and ensure profitability. Teach, train, coach, and motivate the team, supporting their bonuses. Give clear direction, delegate appropriately, and follow up to ensure tasks are completed on time. Perform performance management consistently. Maintain a great customer and employee experience. Teach, train, and enforce strict adherence to processes and procedures to prevent damage claims and customer complaints, and resolve any that occur. Deliver on KPIs, including sales, customer count, payroll cost, and profitability. Maintain employee and customer safety, covering workers’ comp and shop liability. Secondary Focus Facility and equipment repairs and maintenance. Curb appeal. Recruiting. Fleet account management. Online training completion.
