Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of HVAC maintenance, handling work requests and coordinating parts orders.
• Conduct periodic inspections of hospital equipment to ensure the completeness and quality of work performed.
• Perform repairs on heating, air conditioning, controls, and circuits to maintain efficient system functionality.
• Execute filter operation checks and replacements by established schedules.
• Conduct preventive maintenance (PMs) on HVAC and refrigeration equipment to uphold performance standards.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• HVAC certification and comprehensive training.
• Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation and repair.
• Preferred mastery of HVAC systems and certification in Certified CFC requirements.
• Essential experience in working with large hospital HVAC systems.
