- Oversee the day-to-day operation of HVAC maintenance, handling work requests and coordinating parts orders.
- Conduct periodic inspections of hospital equipment to ensure the completeness and quality of work performed.
- Perform repairs on heating, air conditioning, controls, and circuits to maintain efficient system functionality.
- Execute filter operation checks and replacements by established schedules.
- Conduct preventive maintenance (PMs) on HVAC and refrigeration equipment to uphold performance standards.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- HVAC certification and comprehensive training.
- Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation and repair.
- Preferred mastery of HVAC systems and certification in Certified CFC requirements.
- Essential experience in working with large hospital HVAC systems.
