If you have strong HVAC and plumbing experience, enjoy diagnosing issues, and like working with a team that supports one another, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career with Morgan Properties.As a Maintenance Technician, you will:Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, appliances, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance issuesTackle a steady flow of service requests with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, and appliance troubleshootingComplete apartment turns, ensuring homes are move-in ready for new residentsPerform preventative maintenance to help keep building systems operating efficientlyMaintain the interior and exterior of the community in accordance with company standards and safety requirementsAssist with seasonal responsibilities, grounds maintenance, and curb appealRespond promptly to resident service requests while delivering outstanding customer serviceParticipate in a rotating on-call schedule to support after-hours maintenance needsCommunicate effectively with residents, vendors, and the onsite office team to provide timely updatesYou'll work alongside an experienced Service Manager and two Maintenance Technicians, supporting a busy, well-established community where teamwork and reliability are essential.Compensation & Incentives$1,200 Sign-On Bonus (paid after hire)Base Pay: $23.00–$25.00 per hourUp to 50% Rent DiscountProperty Staff Shared Renewal CommissionsMorgan Essentials: $300 QuarterlyOn-Call Appreciation: $15/day while holding the on-call phoneMedical, Dental & Vision Benefits401(k) with Company MatchGenerous Paid Time Off, including 10 paid holidays and sick leaveHours & ScheduleMonday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMRotating on-call schedule (approximately every 3 weeks)Availability for weather-related and emergency maintenance events is requiredSchedule may adjust based on business needsWhat We'll Expect From YouMinimum 2 years of general maintenance or skilled trades experienceStrong hands-on experience troubleshooting HVAC and plumbing systemsExperience repairing appliances and completing general maintenance repairsComfortable using smartphones, mobile work order applications, email, and Microsoft TeamsValid driver's license and reliable personal vehicleAbility to live within a reasonable distance to support on-call responsibilitiesEPA/CFC/HVAC certification preferred#AC4007If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.Established in 1985 by Mitchell Morgan, Morgan Properties is a national real estate investment and management company headquartered in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.
