Fun atmosphere with happy hoursGain broad executive exposure overseeing Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Insurance, and key vendor relationshipsMake a lasting impact in a growing organization with significant long-term expansion plansKey Responsibilities for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO):The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and month-end close activities. Will manage a team of 4 in accounting as well as IT and HR Manager.Oversee, provide guidance to accounting manager and be involved with the preparation of financials for the 3 separate entitiesOversee HR, benefits administration, outsourced IT functions, insurance programs, and key legal relationshipsDrive process improvement initiatives and restore financial discipline across the organizationManage contract negotiations, banking relationships, vendor partnerships, and strategic business agreementsThe Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a key advisor to ownership on growth initiatives, acquisitions, and overall business strategyQualifications for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO):15+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience within manufacturing, industrial related environmentsPrior CFO, Controller, or senior finance leadership experience with hands-on operational responsibilityProven background overseeing finance, HR, IT departments is a must haveThe Chief Financial Officer (CFO) must have experience negotiating contracts/banking relationships, and cross-functional business operationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA and/or MBA preferred
