Job Overview: As a Server at Bottled Blonde Scottsdale, you will be responsible for providing our guests with best-in-class service, product, and entertainment. You will consistently engage the guests to build rapport and enhance the guest experience while anticipating any additional needs to help ensure each guest has a wonderful and unique visit to our venues. You will play a vital role in both maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our team, while upholding the highest standard of service that defines our brand(s). The Server provides table service to restaurant patrons by taking orders for food and beverages, delivering orders to the table, and ensuring that patrons have a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they are seated at the table; ensure the table is clean and that utensils, napkins, and other needs have been provided.
• Distribute menus and present the daily specials.
• Answer questions regarding the menu.
• Take food and beverage orders and deliver them to the kitchen.
• Deliver food, beverages, condiments, and other requested items to customers.
• Ensure that food is prepared correctly and to customers’ satisfaction; return incorrect or improperly cooked orders to the kitchen.
• Collect plates and clear the table as customers finish their meals.
• Prepare customers’ checks and collect payments.
• Assist with other restaurant tasks such as cleaning the dining area and preparing silverware and condiments.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Well-organized with ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale systems.
• Previous experience as a server preferred.
• Must successfully complete restaurant’s training course.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Must be able to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds.
