What you’ll do The Assistant Store Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers looking and feeling their best. You will be supported in developing leadership skills to help build your career path. As a sales lead, the assistant manager interacts with customers on a regular basis, leading the customer experience with the store team. The assistant manager strategizes to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, is involved in efficiently and accurately executing maurices Standard Operating Practices (SOPs) such as opening and closing the store. Location Store 2303‑Hazel Dell Marketplace, maurices, Vancouver, WA 98665 Position Type Regular/Full time Pay Range Hourly: $20.53 - $22.32 Pay will vary based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. We will meet minimum wage or the minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county, and state requirements. This position is eligible for monthly incentive compensation based on store performance.
