To install, remove, service, and maintain Brite-O-Matic Car Wash equipment to the best of your ability to meet the needs of the customer using parts, sub-assemblies, and fasteners according to customer specification sheet, contractual agreements, and company policies.
Essential Functions:
- Performs preventative maintenance and tests all equipment on a monthly basis according to the monthly maintenance checklist or upon malfunction or breakdown.
- All rental equipment must be working according to contractual agreements within 2 working business days’ notice of malfunction or breakdown.
- Diagnoses the problem, disassembles, inspects, and replaces worn or broken parts. Fits and adjusts new or repaired parts.
- Maintains proper paperwork with each prescribed visit.
- Notifies supervisor of potentially dangerous equipment and corrective action taken.
- Communicates properly with customers on all issues regarding equipment.
- Communicates every workday with office as to daily activities.
- Maintains company van and assigned inventory.
