What You’ll Do Provide speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations and treatment Build meaningful, lasting relationships with residents while supporting their communication, cognition, and overall quality of life Deliver care in an environment that values outcomes over volume Document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems Collaborate with residents, families, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members Contribute to a positive, team-focused therapy culture where support and ideas are shared Bring professionalism, compassion, and kindness to every interaction What You’ll Bring Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program Active Maryland SLP license in good standing A genuine passion for working with older adults Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset A team-oriented approach and commitment to quality care Why This Role Feels Different This isn’t a place where you’re rushing from patient to patient.
