Be a part of helping others to Live Well! What We're Looking For We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager who embodies GNC's "Live Well" philosophy—living strong, living long, and living fit. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and support your team to provide exceptional service and guidance to customers. Oversee daily operations of the store, including business performance and product management. Represent the GNC brand by offering expert product knowledge and promoting the "Live Well" message to customers. Ensure products are merchandised according to GNC standards and are easily visible and accessible. Support the total shopping experience, including visual and operational elements, current sales initiatives, and customer relationship programs such as MYGNC Rewards. Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals while helping sales associates realize their sales potential. Build strong teams, demonstrate leadership, and manage recruiting, hiring, and performance management. Open, close, and operate the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory count, and deposits according to GNC procedures. Attend community fairs, conferences, meetings, and other public gatherings to promote GNC's mission and initiatives. Environmental Factors & Working Schedule Must stand or walk for up to eight hours a day. Frequent reaching and bending below the waist and above the shoulders. Repetitive hand‑to‑finger motions and reaching with hands and arms. Frequently lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 40 pounds; push/pull up to 20 lbs. Ability to climb ladders, reach and bend. Work in temperatures ranging from 50–85°F, especially in stock room areas. Use of a computer up to 60% of the day. Managers are expected to work a five‑day workweek of forty hours, with shift requirements varying by store location, as described in the original posting.
