We're seeking Member Support Representatives to join our Contact Center. In this role, you'll be the trusted first point of contact for our members, helping them navigate important financial decisions while delivering exceptional service and building meaningful relationships.

As a Member Support Representative, you will:

• Be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for member inquiries.
• Deliver personalized support with empathy, professionalism, and confidence.
• Simplify complex financial products and services into clear, easy-to-understand solutions.
• Assist members with accounts, debit and credit cards, loans, savings products, retirement planning, and more.
• Use technology and multiple systems to efficiently resolve questions and concerns.
• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that help members achieve their financial goals.
• Create positive experiences that strengthen member relationships and reinforce trust.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clear Brook, VA.

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
