Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service Verify Insurance and complete detailed benefit breakdowns Schedule appointments Check patients in and out Collect co-payments Present treatment plans Hold team members accountable for their responsibilities Work closely with the Regional Director Skills: Dental Front Office experience required Knowledge of dental insurance Experience presenting treatment plans Excellent communication skills Interpersonal and relationship-building skills An Equal Opportunity Employer
