Contract Support Analyst Title: Contract Support Analyst Pay Rate: $25-30/HR on W2 Hours: 7-4 or 8-5pm, HM prefers someone in Pacific Time Assignment Duration: 12 months (note: the engagement is expected to be full-time (40 hours per week) for the first 6 months. During the following 6 months, the schedule may transition to part-time, depending on business needs and project requirements) Position Overview: The Vendor Onboarding & Communications coordination through a critical transition period by managing the re-onboarding process with existing customers and coordinating outreach related to the company's recent name change. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Complete and process vendor re-onboarding documentation for existing customers, including W-9s, vendor registration forms, insurance certificates, and any customer-required supplier portal registrations Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the re-onboarding process, ensuring all required documentation is submitted accurately and on time Proactively contact existing customers via phone and email to inform them of the company name change and provide any supporting documentation required to update their vendor records Track and maintain a status log of all re-onboarding activities, documenting outstanding items and following up as needed to ensure timely completion Coordinate internally with Finance, Legal, and Operations to obtain the correct documentation and approvals required by each customer Respond to customer inquiries related to the name change, vendor setup, and onboarding requirements in a professional and timely manner Identify and escalate any customers with complex onboarding requirements or contractual concerns to the Sr. Contracts Manager Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in vendor management, contract administration, customer service, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with vendor/supplier portals a plus Familiarity with lab services, life sciences, or facilities management industries a plus Preferred Attributes: Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision Customer-focused with a professional and courteous demeanor Comfortable making outbound calls and managing follow-up communications AA2IT
