Maintenance TechnicianPay Rate: $24-$25/HRHours: Swing shift: On Sun/Mon 11pm - 7:30am off Tues/Wed on Thur/Fri/Sat 3pm - 11:30pmOther Schedule: M-F 7:30am - 3:30pm, possible OT, rotating weekend on-call scheduleLocation: 500 Gulfstream Road, Savannah GAOverview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: Facility is a Data Center located on same property as an airport. Some traveling between sites - candidate will drive a company vehicleTeam Overview: Mostly independent workResource's typical working day: General maintenance Performing rounds to ensure all daily operations Quick response work orders HVAC PM's Electrical PM's Inventory Maintaining and running generatorsLicenses/Certifications: Any applicable HVAC licenses are a big plusMust Have Skills: Mechanical skills General carpentry Good understanding of safety regulations/processesNice to have skills: HVAC experience Electrical experienceSoft Skills: Good communication skillsYears of Experience: 3+ yearsEducation: h.s. diploma or GED, trade school is a plusSoftware skills: Tablet experience CMMS experience Basic computer skillsResponsibilities: Performs general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, equipment and grounds. Working under close supervision, assists in monitoring building system operations and performance. Utilizes several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling.
