Sales Associate – Bricks & Minifigs Auburn Location: Auburn, Alabama
Position: Sales Associate
Employment Type: Part-Time / Full-Time opportunities available

Bricks & Minifigs Auburn is a locally owned and specializes in new and pre-owned LEGO® sets, minifigures, bulk bricks, accessories, and more. We buy, sell, and trade LEGO products while creating a fun, welcoming environment for LEGO fans of all ages.

We are looking for friendly, dependable, and energetic Sales Associates who enjoy working with people and want to help us create an outstanding customer experience.

You do not have to be a LEGO expert to apply! A willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and great customer service skills are more important.

As a Sales Associate, you'll help with all aspects of the day-to-day store experience, including:

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service

• Help customers find LEGO sets, minifigures, parts, and gifts

• Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately handle transactions

• Assist with customer LEGO buy, sell, and trade transactions

• Stock, organize, price, and merchandise products

• Sort and organize LEGO bricks, minifigures, and other inventory

• Help keep the sales floor, displays, counters, and back-of-house areas clean and organized

• Learn about LEGO products, themes, sets, and minifigures

• Assist with birthday parties, special events, promotions, and other store activities

• Help create a fun and welcoming environment for children, families, collectors, and LEGO fans

• Perform other store duties as needed

• Willing to learn about LEGO products and the resale business

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment

• Able to provide excellent customer service to both adults and children

• Available to work a flexible retail schedule, including some evenings and weekends

Previous retail, sales, customer service, or point-of-sale experience is helpful but not required .

Knowledge of LEGO products is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person.
