Overnight Residential Supervisor Full Time | Night Shift Starting at $18.70/hour For more than 160 years, Genacross Lutheran Services, a faith-based nonprofit organization, for over 160 years, has provided compassionate care and support to individuals, families, and communities in need. Residential Supervisor Qualifications :
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A passion for caring for children
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must successfully complete all background screening requirements
- Valid driver's license
- First Aid/CPR/AED certification preferred
- Lead and supervise overnight direct care staff while ensuring the safety, well-being, and supervision of youth in a home-like environment.
- Provide hands-on resident care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), bed checks, meals, and meeting individual needs.
- Use trauma-informed care and approved de-escalation techniques to support youth with emotional and behavioral challenges while maintaining a safe environment.
- Complete accurate documentation, including shift notes, incident reports, behavioral observations, work orders, and timecard approvals.
- Coach, support, and evaluate team members while ensuring compliance with agency policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, supervisors, and team members to promote quality care, collaboration, and positive outcomes.
