For over 35 years, REI Property & Asset Management has provided premier property management services throughout the State of Connecticut. Headquartered in Danbury with nine additional offices located throughout the state, REI is a licensed management firm with a consistent commitment to excellence within our industry. As a specialist in community association, commercial and retail property management, we are uniquely suited to assist in the management of homes, businesses, or investments.
Danbury-based property management firm is looking for a part-time, 20 hours per week, Client Accounting Clerk. This is an onsite position at our Danbury office, Monday through Friday, 4 hours per day and includes but is not limited to processing of accounts payable, preparation of monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations. Candidate must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic understanding of bookkeeping principles and experience with accounting software.
Responsibilities include:
- Process payables
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Additional duties as needed
