Seeking Independent Contractors to Perform Insurance Property Surveys Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys. This is a great opportunity for full-time or part-time work. Our contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and assessing overall conditions, providing reports in a timely manner and submitting a report online. All survey reports need to be submitted through the PC/Desktop to include attachments. Responsibilities Survey and photograph residential and commercial properties. Gather property details and assess overall conditions. Compile and submit survey reports online in a timely manner. Requirements Reliable car for traveling to inspections. Microsoft Windows 10 or newer computer. Smartphone or digital camera. Reliable home internet connection. Basic computer and communication skills.
