About the Role We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our multidisciplinary team. RNs are responsible for the coordination and administration of nursing services provided to patients seeking inpatient treatment for substance use disorder. RNs work collaboratively with all departments to achieve the best outcomes for patients and families. Responsibilities Conduct nursing assessments Perform skilled nursing functions, including vital signs, blood draws, urine screens, EKGs, PPDs, breathalyzers, etc. Administer medications Perform bed checks/security rounds as scheduled, providing patient education in individual and group settings Assist the multidisciplinary team in developing or modifying patient treatment plans Conduct patient and luggage searches Provide medication education Prepare discharge paperwork Ensure quality, timeliness and accuracy of EMR documentation and compliance with CARF standards, NYS OASAS regulations, and other State and Federal regulations, referral source and insurance contract requirements Shifts Night Shift (10pm – 8am) – Full Time, Part Time, or Per Diem Day Shift (7:30am – 4:00pm) – Full Time, Part Time, or Per Diem Evening Shift (2pm – 10:30pm) – Full Time, Part Time, or Per Diem Weekend Shifts – Day (7:30am – 4:00pm), Evening (2pm – 10:30pm), or Night Shift (10pm – 8am) – Part Time or Per Diem Qualifications Valid NYS RN license CPR certification required upon hire Strong nursing assessment skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment as part of a multidisciplinary team Strong written and verbal communication skills EMR skills Knowledge of substance use disorder and 12‑step philosophy preferred (but not required) CARN certification is a plus Benefits Health insurance 401(k) plan Vacation, sick and personal time Paid holidays Company‑paid short‑term disability insurance Voluntary dental insurance Voluntary additional disability insurance Voluntary life insurance Location Tully Hill stands on 33 acres in the beautiful setting of the Tully Valley just 15‑20 minutes south of Syracuse. Free onsite parking is available. Salary Salary Range – $38.00 – 42.00 per hour. The salary range is provided in accordance with NYS law and is based on Tully Hill’s good faith belief of what is accurate at the time of posting.
