As an Assembler, you'll play a crucial role in bringing our innovative products to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Put together antenna parts by hand or using small tools.
• Use a soldering iron to connect wires and parts.
• Check that all parts are working and look good through careful inspection.
• Follow safety rules and work instructions precisely to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
• Keep your work area clean and organized, contributing to overall workplace efficiency.
• Assemble various components and sub-assemblies of antennas according to schematics, blueprints, and verbal instructions.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to ensure accurate and secure assembly.
• Perform quality checks on assembled products to identify and correct any defects or deviations from specifications.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and meet daily output goals.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management promptly.
• Assist with other production tasks as needed.

Requirement& Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some experience with assembly or soldering is helpful, but we're happy to train the right candidate!
• Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to use your hands for small, detailed work with precision.
• Ability to stand or sit while working for many hours as needed for production.
• Ability toliftupto fifty (50) pounds frequently.
• Able to understand and follow instructions in English clearly and accurately
• Ability to work well and collaborate with others.
  
• Ability to be on time consistently, demonstrating reliability.
  

Job Type: Full-time

Hourly Rate: $15
