Flexible In-Home NP/PA for Health Risk Assessments

$90 - $115 per hour

Hueman is looking for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in East Hampton, NY, to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members. This role offers competitive compensation of $90 or $115 per completed assessment along with a flexible schedule. Ideal candidates will have an active NP/PA license, national certification, and a Master’s degree or equivalent. Comprehensive training is provided for the assessments, allowing for a more personal interaction with patients.
