Available part-time schedules:

• PT: 25-26 hours/week (approx. 3.5 days, with potential to transition to full-time, but no guarantee)
• PT: 18 hours/week (approx. 2.5 days)

Key Qualifications:

• Education Specialist, Doctoral degree, or equivalent in School Psychology
• Active Minnesota PELSB School Psychologist license
• Deep commitment to equity, culturally responsive practices, and inclusive services
• Strong background in assessment, intervention, and mental health support

Preferred Experience:

• NCSP certification or eligibility
• Skilled in MTSS consultation, problem-solving, and intervention support
• Leadership skills supporting adult learners
• Crisis prevention, intervention, and mental health support experience
• Knowledge of special education laws, and successful work in diverse, multicultural educational settings

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver K-12 services (not early childhood)
• Provide evidence-based interventions, consultation, and assessments
• Collaborate on MTSS and mental health initiatives
• Support crisis response and foster inclusive, equitable learning environments
