Average 15-18 patients per day , allowing time for quality patient care
Dedicated 1:1 nursing support for seamless workflow
AI scribe eligible after six months to enhance efficiency
Full Lab and Radiology services
- Teaching and mentorship opportunities with residents and medical students
Recruitment Package
- Two-year guaranteed salary floor + production incentive & bonus potential
- Sign-on bonus
- Long-Term Incentive (Choose One): Educational loan assistance over five years OR retention bonus over three years, beginning under a subsequent agreement
- Monthly stipend available during residency
- CME and relocation reimbursement
- Generous time off: 30 days annually (with increases over time), 5 CME days, and 8 holidays
