Opportunities are available in Syracuse and Owego (NY), King of Prussia (PA) and Moorestown (NJ). Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related STEM degree Minimum 5 years’ relevant engineering experience Experience with FPGA, ASIC and/or firmware Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD security clearance at the SECRET level. U.S. Citizenship is required. Desired Skills Advanced STEM related degree Digital and analog circuit design principles including analysis, simulation & testing Microcontrollers, embedded systems & programming languages, i.e. C, C++ and Assembly Scripting languages, i.e. Python, Perl PCB design and layout tools, i.e. Altium, Cadence, and Eagle FPGA and ASIC design principles including RTL design, VHDL, Verilog & digital logic design EMC principles & practices, including shielding, grounding & filtering Vitis HLS and other FPGA development tools, including Vivado and Quartus Digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms on FPGAs Understanding of digital system design principles Knowledge of communication protocols and interfaces, including PCIe, AXI, and SPI Firmware development tools, i.e. compilers & assemblers, debuggers & emulators, version control systems (Git, SVN) Active Secret Security Clearance Security Clearance This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration. Pay and Benefits The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $116,200 - $201,365. For states not referenced above, the salary range will reflect the candidate’s final work location.
