Shift Leader

Pet Supplies Plus is looking for a Shift Leader who is passionate about pets, people, their team, and their neighborhood! It's not everywhere you have the opportunity to visit with pets throughout your workday - all while providing excellent service to our neighbors! Shift Leaders are responsible for: Partnering with Store Team Leaders to provide leadership and management coverage when team leaders are offsite. Providing "pawsome" service to our neighbors and engagement with the pets that bring them to our store. Adhering to operational policies and procedures. Preferred candidates will have: Previous retail experience. Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds, as well as operate all equipment, including a forklift.
