A Train Staffing is looking for an experienced Regional SCIT Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations supporting a large food distribution network. This role will be responsible for providing leadership, operational oversight, and support to SCIT teams while ensuring productivity, accuracy, safety, and company standards are consistently met across the region.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing warehouse or distribution operations across multiple sites. This individual should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, developing teams, monitoring performance, and working closely with both employees and management.

Job Title: Regional SCIT Manager

Location: Palmdale, CA

Salary: $89,000-$85,000/yr

Responsibilities

• Oversee SCIT operations and provide leadership across multiple locations within the region
• Supervise, coach, and support SCIT Supervisors and warehouse leadership teams
• Monitor productivity, quality, accuracy, and operational performance across assigned locations
• Ensure consistent processes, procedures, and company standards are followed across all sites
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and overall performance
• Analyze operational metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, staffing, safety, and performance
• Partner with site leadership and management to address operational challenges and staffing needs
• Train, coach, and develop leadership teams to strengthen performance and employee engagement
• Assist with staffing plans, scheduling, and workforce needs across the region
• Ensure employees and leadership teams follow company policies and safety procedures
• Help maintain safe, clean, and organized work environments across all assigned locations
• Address employee and operational issues and assist leadership with appropriate resolutions
• Communicate operational updates, challenges, and performance results to senior management
• Assist with implementing new programs, processes, and initiatives across assigned locations
• Maintain accurate reports and documentation related to regional operations
• Support overall business goals and ensure assigned locations meet operational expectations

Qualifications

• Previous management or regional leadership experience required
• Experience managing warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or food distribution operations preferred
• Previous experience overseeing multiple locations or teams strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively manage, coach, and develop supervisors and management teams
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, productivity, and performance metrics
• Ability to travel between assigned locations as needed
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with senior leadership
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Basic to advanced computer skills
• Must be dependable, flexible, and willing to travel based on business needs
