We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Metal Shop Fabrication Manager to lead our dynamic team of metal fabricators. As the Metal Shop Fabrication Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production & Installation of Agricultural Products around New England for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the metal fabrication shop
Supervise and mentor a team of skilled metal fabricators
Coordinate with the sales and design teams to meet project deadlines
Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the fabrication process
Implement and maintain safety protocols in the shop

Qualifications:

Previous experience in metal fabrication and welding - 5 Years
Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills - 5 Years
Ability to read blueprints and drawings
Strong attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving abilities / ability to move in a fast paced environment
Team Player that is looking for a leading role in an Agricultural Company and willing to jump in to help and get your hands dirty.
Must be willing to travel around New England to jobsites with crews to help expedite installs
