POSITION SUMMARY: As an Accountant/Analyst at OneElmington, you will support a variety of special projects across One Elmington and related entities. Financial management and reporting Accounting foundation Technical capacity Ethical conduct Time management Financial/property management software Understanding of GAAP fundamentals ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Support the Accounting Manager and collaborate closely with leadership across One Elmington, including Property Management, Accounting, and Operations. Assist with accounting functions including GL accounting, financial reporting, and data aggregation. Partner with cross-functional teams to collect, organize, and present operational and financial data. Build, improve, and automate financial templates and reporting tools (e.g., budget planning templates, financial reporting models). Identify inconsistencies in data and processes; develop recommendations to prevent errors and improve accuracy. Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and cost modeling (e.g., evaluating insurance benefit changes, operational cost impacts). Present findings in a clear and concise manner for leadership review. Serve as a go-to resource for special projects across the business. SPECIFIC EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor\'s degree in accounting or finance (or degree in business with relatable experience) 2–5 years of accounting or financial analysis experience. Strong understanding of GL accounting, debit/credit, and financial reporting. Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and communicate findings clearly. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident working on broad, undefined projects. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Frequently sit, stand and walk. Regularly required to talk or hear.
