Product Manager (Contract to hire) About the OpportunityA leading consumer products company is seeking an experienced Product Manager to support a high-visibility ProductLifecycle Management(PLM) Data Transformation initiative. PLM experience - Direct experience supporting product creation, merchandising, sourcing, manufacturing, or product lifecycle management processes, Understanding of how products move from concept to market, Ability to quickly learn and navigate specialized business domains2. Product Discovery - Ability to challenge solution requests and uncover root business problems, Uses customer research, stakeholder interviews, and data to validate needs before building, Demonstrates strong product thinking and can articulate why they chose to build (or not build) something.3. Comfortable with ambiguity /transformation- Proven success operating in environments that are being built,transformed, or modernized, Comfortable defining process, creating structure, and driving adoption where clear requirements don't exist4. Stakeholder alignment: Experience building roadmaps from competing business priorities rather than simply managing a backlog, strong influence skills across multiple stakeholder groups, Ability to make tradeoff decisions and communicate prioritization rationale**Retail / consumer products backgrounds are highly preferred**Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, WA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65.00 - $85.00/hr.
