It offers two 18‑hole golf courses, one 10‑hole course, an 11‑hole par‑3 course, and an exceptional practice facility. The property also provides luxury accommodations, real‑estate opportunities, dining experiences, and off‑course activities, including a Sport Club, fishing pond, sports courts, pool, and racquet club (planned). Position Overview As a Housekeeping/Public Area Attendant, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of Cabot Citrus Farms. Your responsibilities include daily cleaning, performing inspections, participating in training, communicating with teammates, and upholding Cabot’s high standards for service and safety. You are expected to stay present on site, cultivate strong relationships with guests, partners, and other team members, and represent the Cabot brand as an ambassador and role model. Key Responsibilities Adhere to housekeeping department and public‑area minimum standards. Clean and inspect guestrooms and public spaces (restaurants, lounges, meeting rooms, lobbies, halls, etc.). Perform monthly quotas, twice‑yearly deep cleans, and quarterly inspections; evaluate furniture, fixtures, décor, and recommend rehab projects. Carry out assigned cleaning duties. Participate in regular training for all housekeepers and public‑area attendants. Conduct daily audits of accommodations and public areas to ensure standards. Recommend improvements to service and operations. Model Cabot’s culture and exemplify shared values daily. Promote teamwork and quality service through communication and coordination with other departments, particularly the Front Desk. Complete deep‑cleaning and cycle projects related to guest accommodations. Contribute to pre‑opening responsibilities and other duties as assigned. Be available for a varied schedule, including AM and PM shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of one year of housekeeping experience, preferably at a high‑end resort. High school or equivalent education required; university degree or college diploma in hospitality management is an asset. Exceptional organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment. Self‑directed, motivated, and demonstrably strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Sound judgment and reasoning in evaluating situations and using appropriate resources. High accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail. Calm, courteous demeanor focused on guest needs. Florida driver’s license or ability to obtain one. Flexibility for weekend, evening, and overtime work. Ability to thrive in a team environment. Working Conditions Outdoor environment: sun, wind, rain. Ascend and descend stairs and ramps. Stand and maintain mobility for up to five hours. Sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, and stretch as needed for cleaning tasks. Use hands to handle tools or controls; repetitive motions with hands and arms. Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally or 20 pounds frequently or constantly. Require vision: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, focus adjustment. Demonstrate manual dexterity to operate equipment, tools, products, and supplies.
