Internal Medicine PhysicianA well-established, not-for-profit community hospital is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join its outpatient primary care practice in Shelton, Connecticut. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to an adult population in a collaborative clinical environment.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal medicine, preventive care, and chronic disease management. The physician will manage a wide range of adult conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, and other acute and chronic illnesses.This organization is a 160-bed acute care hospital recognized for its patient-centered approach and commitment to clinical excellence.
