CustodianPOSITION TITLE: Custodian (effective July 1, 2023)FLSA: Non-ExemptREPORTS TO: SupervisorTERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Part-TimeQUALIFICATIONS:Highly motivated; able to multitaskMust be able to lift and/or move 10 lbs. routinelyMust be able to lift and/or move 25 lbs. regularlyMust be able to lift and/or move 50 lbs. to 75 lbs. occasionallyMust be able to climb step laddersMust have the ability to add and subtract and to perform these operations using weight, measurement, volume, and distanceESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Provides students and staff with a safe, attractive, comfortable, and clean environmentEmpties trashWashes windows inside and outsideSecures building each dayMaintains lawnShovels snow and remove debris from sidewalksOrders and maintains suppliesOSHA compliantMay be required to obtain a Pesticide User LicenseComplies with School Board Policies and RegulationsOTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:Participates in professional development activitiesPresents and communicates in a professional mannerPerforms other duties as assigned by Principal/Supervisor
