Job Description
- Below are the essential Functions (include but not limited to):
- - Liaise with warehouses and carriers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods, and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
- - Maintain accurate records of all logistics operations and provide regular reports to management.
- - Process order entries and ensure timely delivery using various carriers.
- - Responsibility over the entire logistics process, including monitoring the delivery of orders to customers and ensuring that the shipment remains on schedule
- - Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks
- - Inventory Control
- - Contract review/update/negotiations
- - Managing 3PL
- - Resolve issues and proactively set up the new process/execute the process improvement
- - Logistics/SCM system maintenance and implementation
- - Manage the team and evaluate team members' performance and set up/execute the improvement plan
- - Manage customer (end-user) relations issues and follow up -This includes contacting resellers, promote, status check and follow up
- - Manage service center operations
- - Weekly SCM status reporting
- - Ad-hoc responsibilities and duties required by the management
