Dental Hygienist $5K Sign-On, PTO, Flexible Hours

Greenway Family Dental is currently hiring a highly motivated full‑time Dental Hygienist who is passionate about providing excellent oral healthcare. Our patient‑focused approach emphasizes five‑star service and allows hygienists the time they need to provide care they can be proud of. Salary Hourly rate starting at $45 per hour plus commission, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications. Compensation may follow a “whichever is greater” model: you’ll earn either your base hourly pay or a production‑based commission, whichever is higher. Example earning potential: associates meeting performance benchmarks typically earn $50 to $75 per hour and anywhere in between. Benefits and Rewards $5,000 sign‑on and retention bonus. All‑expenses paid tropical vacation after 5 years with Mercy Dental Group (you and a guest; eligible every 5 years). Paid time off. Matched 401(k). Tuesday 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM clinical hours. Wednesday 7:00 AM‑5:00 PM clinical hours. Thursday 7:00 AM‑4:00 PM clinical hours. No Fridays or weekends. Experience & Qualifications You must currently hold or be in the process of acquiring a Registered Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
