- Administer comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor vital signs, interpret lab results, and respond to patient changes promptly.
- Administer medications and treatments following hospital protocols and patient needs.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure safety.
- Document patient progress, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records.
- Adhere to compliance standards, including verifying certifications and departmental policies. Qualifications:
- Active Georgia or Compact RN license required at the time of submission.
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience in a similar setting.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHHS certifications required prior to start.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to handle critical patient situations.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented, high-pressure environment.
