Multifamily Assistant Project Manager

Role Overview A reputable, top-ranked construction firm is seeking a driven Assistant Project Manager to join their team in the Dallas market. This role focuses on wood-frame, ground-up multifamily construction projects. Compensation and Benefits Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 Bonus: Project/Incentive Bonus Plan (paid quarterly) Allowances: Auto and Phone allowance Retirement: 401k profit-sharing plan with 5% match Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, and PTO Work Model: Hybrid work model Requirements At least 2+ years of full-scope, ground-up multifamily construction experience (200-400 units).
