Public Health Outreach & Navigation Specialist

La Plata County

La Plata County in Durango is seeking to hire an individual to support public health programs aimed at improving community access to care. Responsibilities include providing educational support, navigating health and social service systems, and conducting outreach. Strong communication and collaboration skills will be essential. A Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or a related field, along with two years of experience or an equivalent combination, is required. Training will be provided in all program areas, and you will work alongside community partners. #J-18808-Ljbffr
