Long-Term Care Regional Sales Manager, Mid West

Role
Lead and develop a high-performing team of Long-Term Care Sales Specialists, focusing on disease state knowledge, customer engagement, and sales execution within the LTC environment.
Responsibilities

- collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategic planning and resource development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field
- minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical or medical sales experience with at least 2 years in sales management for the LTC segment
- neuroscience or LTC experience preferred
High-Value
Sales leadership in neurology or LTC, with a focus on underserved neurological and rare disease communities, including Parkinson's disease psychosis, Rett syndrome, Alzheimer's, and Lewy body dementia.
Travel and Location
Role involves up to 80% travel; located near major airports in specified US regions.
Compensation
The position offers a salary range of $168,000-$210,000, plus bonus and equity, with comprehensive benefits.
Requirements
The role requires strong leadership, interpersonal, and strategic skills, and operates in a regulated environment.
