Expect to work in a supportive atmosphere where your contributions are valued, and your professional growth is prioritized.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans for patients referred by physicians.Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver exceptional physical therapy, monitoring patient progress and adjusting techniques as necessary.Work closely with patients across diverse specialties, such as orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine, to tailor therapies to their unique needs.Deliver therapeutic interventions both in-clinic and at patients' homes, employing effective manual therapy techniques and modalities.Consult with patients and their families, providing education and training to empower them in their recovery process.Track and maintain essential records, ensuring consistency with patient goals and compliance with treatment plans.Contribute to achieving utilization targets and overall departmental goals while enhancing patient satisfaction.Patient Population / Client FocusAt Deep Care Physical Therapy, you will treat a broad range of patients, strategically focusing on those recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. Your responsibilities will entail working with various age groups, including pediatric patients with developmental issues, athletes requiring rehabilitation from sports injuries, and elderly individuals needing support for mobility and strength recovery. Your role is pivotal in helping each patient achieve their maximum potential and regain independence through customized therapy sessions.QualificationsDoctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.A valid DPT license to practice in the State of New Jersey.A graduate of a recognized physical therapy program approved by the APTA or CAPTE.Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary for effective patient interactions.Proficiency in computer skills and word processing programs.Preferred ExperienceWhile a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with a background in diverse clinical settings, particularly in orthopedics, pediatrics, or neurological rehabilitation, are highly encouraged to apply.
