Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Owning all aspects of Programmatic campaigns, the full-time Senior Performance Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize media strategies across various platforms while driving channel roadmaps and stakeholder communication in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Plan and execute paid acquisition campaigns across Programmatic channels, ensuring successful end-to-end execution Independently develop and manage the Programmatic channel roadmap, translating business objectives into actionable plans Prioritize and execute continuous testing and optimization strategies to enhance campaign performance and drive actionable insights Required qualifications 7-9+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience with a proven track record of owning channel strategy Recent experience with Google Ads and The Trade Desk; familiarity with additional DSPs and Paid Social platforms preferred Strong project management skills with experience managing complex, multi-workstream projects Deep technical understanding of programmatic buying, including trafficking, tagging, and attribution models Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance marketing processes and outputs
