Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics / Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Consultant to join a world-class Data Analytics team supporting retail clients across North America and Canada. The consultant will focus on data collection, analytics implementation, reporting, experimentation, and customer journey analytics to support business initiatives and deliver actionable insights.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Data Collection, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, JavaScript, and tag management systems , along with the ability to provide technical leadership and work directly with client stakeholders.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Master's degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in analytics , digital analytics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing Adobe Experience Platform and its services , including CJA, AJO, and/or RTCDP.
- 1+ year of experience managing or mentoring a team of analysts and/or developers.
- Extensive experience working with tag management systems, advertising/tracking pixels, digital data layers, and complex web/mobile analytics implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience with AEP, CJA, Adobe Data Collection, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Mobile SDK .
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, jQuery, JSON, and DOM manipulation .
- Strong understanding of tag management, cloud-based information systems, digital analytics, and the MarTech landscape.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, testing, and deployment skills.
- Experience leveraging APIs for reporting and analytics automation.
Qualifications
- Experience implementing AEP Real-Time CDP (RTCDP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) .
- Experience developing A/B testing and experimentation solutions using Adobe Target .
- Experience configuring BI dashboards using Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar tools .
- Experience with Google BigQuery and building data ingestion pipelines from online and offline sources.
- Experience with Adobe I/O and Adobe APIs , including Swagger and Postman.
- Foundational knowledge of Node.js, CSS, Python, Domo, and machine learning concepts .
- Strong communication, problem-solving, client-facing, and technical leadership skills.
