As a Security Officer Patrol in Corpus Christi, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for staff, patients, and visitors. DayTimeMon06:00 AM - 05:30 PMTue06:00 AM - 11:30 AMWed06:00 AM - 11:30 AMThur06:00 AM - 11:30 AMFri06:00 AM - 05:30 PMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, and/or deliveries while following site protocols for badges, visitor logs, and restricted areas.
- Support a professional environment by reporting hazards, policy concerns, and/or maintenance issues observed during patrols and assisting with directional support and general assistance as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
