Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time as required. Preferred qualifications Master's Degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field. Experience with data center equipment and environments (e.g., switchgear, generators, chillers, controls, fire safety systems). Experience in the design, construction, and commissioning of facilities with medium voltage and low voltage electrical distribution systems. Experience managing teams to deliver industrial‑type capital projects, including engineering, construction management, and project controls. Understanding of the start‑up and commissioning processes. Ability to manage effectively within a cross‑functional organization, including managing commissioning programs and cross‑functional projects. The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $227,000–$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities Lead the design, construction, and capital project support for ongoing operations, providing strategic and tactical oversight to deliver large‑scale data center projects from concept to execution. Develop and mentor teams of engineers and project managers, while serving as a key partner and development lead for general and trade contractors. Act as the strategic central hub for stakeholder management, building trusted relationships with cross‑functional leaders to navigate ambiguity and resolve misalignment without direct authority. Foster a forward‑thinking culture that prioritizes continuous improvement, ensuring construction outcomes align with long‑term organizational objectives and verifying construction fundamentals from programming through commissioning.
