Superintendent | Commercial Construction | Tenant Improvement Overview: Join a growing commercial construction organization specializing in Life Science, commercial/industrial construction, tenant improvement, and structural projects throughout the Bay Area . This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Superintendent who enjoys managing fast-paced projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and driving successful project execution from preconstruction through client occupancy. The company offers a collaborative, team-oriented environment with strong leadership support and a steady pipeline of projects due to continued growth. Location Onsite throughout the Bay Area Projects primarily located between Mountain View, South San Francisco, San Francisco, and Hayward Daily jobsite presence required; this is not a remote position Compensation: Performance-based bonus potential up to approximately 15% Medical, dental, life, and long-term disability insurance 401(k) with 3% company contribution Company vehicle Laptop, iPad, and iPhone provided Company credit card for business expenses Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Lead commercial construction projects from startup through client move-in Oversee all onsite construction activities, subcontractors, and project personnel Develop and maintain project schedules, sequencing plans, and recovery strategies Required Qualifications: 4+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent Experience managing commercial construction projects within the Bay Area Strong scheduling, coordination, and client-facing skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Current First Aid and CPR certifications Ability to manage multiple subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and project priorities simultaneously Preferred Qualifications: General Contractor (GC) experience Life Science construction experience Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills Experience delivering projects with high client satisfaction rating #J-18808-Ljbffr Talent Edge Recruiting
